• 50% Refund Charges After Booking:
o In the event of a cancellation after booking our services, a refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be processed.

• 100% Refund Charges for Cancellation 15 Days Prior:
To Should you need to cancel your event and notify us at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date, we will provide a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

Refund Process:
• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@thekeyevents.com with your booking details. • Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days through the original payment method.

Exceptional Circumstances:
• In exceptional cases, such as force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

Modifications to Bookings:
• If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes and avoid unnecessary charges. Note: • Refund charges are implemented to cover administrative and processing costs associated with cancellations.
